1 bed 1 bath for sublease in Lincoln Park

I graduated from UCCS last May and have been living in Denver since July! I am 23 years old and work as a receptionist at a Dermatologist's Office! I am looking for someone to sublet my current roommate's room because she is moving for work! I live in a two-bed, two-bath apartment. The bedroom for lease has an off-suite bathroom. The room would be available starting July 31st. We also have great amenities such as in-unit laundry, pool, hot tub, gym, balcony, and a nearby biking/walking trail! We are also a 10-minute drive to downtown Denver! Rent is roughly $1,200 per person after utilities, parking, and wifi. $95 a month to have garage parking is included in that price because that is what I pay but it is not required! I am looking for a pet-free roommate because I am sadly allergic to cats and dogs :(

I am a very clean, respectful, responsible, honest, and friendly roommate. I would love to be friends as well as roommates! I enjoy skiing, hiking, pilates, bike riding, going on walks, concerts, and traveling! I am a very social person but also enjoy relaxing at home and having nights in.
