Hello! I’m the property owner/ roommate. I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a backyard. My puppy and I live in my basement where the master bedroom is. My rooms for sale are next to each other on the main level along with 1 full bath. With the space comes the upstairs living room as well. The only shared space would be the kitchen, dining area, and backyard. We have street parking. My puppy is socialized and hypoallergenic. I have a security system. If you are looking only for 1 bedroom it’s $1,000. For both it’s $2,000. However, if you rent one keep in mind the other room may be rented out. I would love to chat and meet beforehand to make sure we have similar roommate values and get along! I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, stable, and honest. Pets allowed.
