Unit has a designated garage parking spot at no extra cost which is awesome in the winter (roomy doesn’t drive so the spot is yours)! There is a small balcony and full size washer and dryer in unit. Secure facility with keys, as well as key-less entry into the building and key-less entry into the unit. Remote controlled lights and fan in every room. Lots of light, so if you love plants this is the perfect spot!! There are huge windows throughout and gorgeous trees that fill out in Spring/Summer which makes it feel as if you are in a tree house! Walking/ biking distance to bars/ restaurants/ AMC movie theater/ Trader Joe’s / City Park.

Your rommmate will be Chris! He is fun loving, funny, outgoing and flexible. Workaholic that isn’t home much and on days off likes to hang and have a few beers. He is a chef, makes fabulous food, and we have never had an issues with dishes. Him and I have never run into any problems we couldn’t talk out - someone that is direct and voices their opinion is best- no passive aggressiveness please!! 420 Friendly would be the best fit.
