Looking for 1 roommate in gorgeous 2 bedroom

The apartment is super spacious. Apartment has a Juliet balcony. Your bedroom has a nice walk in closet. Beautiful kitchen, granite countertops. A desk area but we use as a “bar.” I did not attach photos of the bedroom you would be moving into due to privacy of my current roommate. If you would like, I can set up a FaceTime call so you can see it.

It is within walking distance to Whole Foods, Sprouts and the Lousiana Pearl Light Rail Station. Great access to I25. Apartment complex has a swimming pool (open year round at 80 F) and a 24 hour beautiful gym.

The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, and in walking distance to wash Park. Walking distance to liquor stores, restaurants, shopping, etc..
I pay around $1560 each month that’s with most utilities and parking (unreserved covered parking). Plus there’s internet and electricity which is separate. Rent is $2942 total.

Internet/electricity/other services are all set up and you will be sharing half of these with me.

I’m from New York. I moved here April 2023. Im hoping to live another year in this great apartment. Looking for male roommates only. For transparency, I am gay so you’d have to be cool with that. I love watching horror movies. I love the outdoors, skiing, and backpacking. My previous roommate has lived here 2 years and loved it but he’s moving on to the next apartment.
