Single Room in 2 bed apartment in Denver

This is a 2 storied, 2 bed, 1 bath, 701 sq ft apartment. You do have to go up stairs to get to it, so it is unfortunately not handicap friendly. There is lots of natural light, as there is a window in every room. It is shared with 1 other roommate who is a current student at DU. Utilities will be about $35-45 per person. It is directly across the street from the DU campus, south side.
Smoking is ok as long as you are outside.
