Short or Long Term near Cherry Creek, Wash Pk 5/1

If you are looking for a safe and private space with easy going people that care about the details to make you comfortable, this is the place. A private basement room and bath that is cozy and comfortable with your own couch and tv, high quality queen bed, 2 dressers, a shower and bathroom that has been updated with new toilet, frameless shower door, new tile and paint. In fact we have spent the past 6 months updating quite a bit of the house, and just built a gorgeous new deck. We are in a section that includes the high end neighborhoods of Belcaro, Bonnie Brae, and Cory Merrill.

It is quiet, wonderful neighbors, and the location is outstanding with good highway access, shops, restaurants and grocery within walking distance, and Wash Park close by along with other smaller parks.

There is off street parking, a year old washer and dryer, exercise equipment including treadmill and Pelaton style bike (MDX), a beautiful backyard with flower and vegetable garden, a weber grill and awesome new smoker. We are looking for a single professional who works outside of the house (please no remote workers), and is fun but respectful of our home and neighbors.

We enjoy the usual Colorado activities of being outside and camping, hiking, golf, etc, we are beer and wine enthusiasts and do occasionally have a few people over but not into a large party situation and are pretty low key most of the time. We like to socialize some but also value our private time plus, plan to be doing some traveling so you would have the house to yourself some of the time.

We have a small dog that is non-shedding and would be open to someone who has one dog if it is a fit with ours. I am very particular about how animals are treated and it isnt ok for you to be gone at work all day and leave your dog unattended. Sorry but we're not interested in any other animals at this point.

We like to start with a 2-3 months and see how everything is working out which gives all parties flexibility and has worked well in the past. The most important thing is to make sure everyone feels comfortable and well respected and we will take our time to try and find the right fit that works for all.
