Hello, I have a room available located near Broadway off of I25 and am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store all within walking distance. The roommate that will be staying is chill and has a small dog named Toby who is an adorable pup.
There's basement laundry. Apt has dishwasher, ac and heat. There is street parking for free, and there is designated parking available, I'm currently on the waiting list for spots. It's in the baker/washington park area, it's considered the historic south grant area. Must have proof of income and pass the apartments requirements. Rent is 890$ that includes the utilities and the internet. Only thing you have to pay outside of rent is your laundry in the basement.
