One or two bedroom house

I have one or two large bedrooms available for rent, also have an office space as well. Shared common areas and 4 bathrooms throughout the house. I have two boys ages 13&15 that I have half the time they stay in the basement most of the time and I work with dogs so I have a working dog that stays with me as well. Shared garage and driveway or street parking, fenced in backyard and patio area. No smoking or drugs please and no parties, open to single parents like myself with kids to share the rooms.
