• Beautiful lake view with mountains as a backdrop on the drive to the community entrance
• $1000 before utilities
• Last month rent upfront
• $200 security deposit
• No loud parties, No 420
• Please remove shoes in the house
Townhouse has high ceiling, a lot of natural sunlight from tall windows, and located in safe and quiet neighborhood.
Two rooms are available for rent with a full bathroom shared between the two occupants. Additionally, a half bathroom available downstairs for everyone too.
We can do month to month lease with first months being our trial month to see if we are compatible roommates. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
