Hello. I am a young working female professional looking for one roommate to share a clean, quiet, and newly built townhome.

• Beautiful lake view with mountains as a backdrop on the drive to the community entrance
• Very close to Tech center, C-470, shopping plazas and near two hospitals: UC health hospital highlands ranch and Children's Hospital Colorado South Campus
• $1000 before utilities (utilities around $80-100 a month)
• Last month rent upfront
• $200 security deposit

One room available for rent with a full bathroom on second floor which will be shared between two occupants. Additionally, a half bathroom available downstairs for everyone too.
Your room is already furnished with new mattress, new bed sheets, covers, towel, nightstand, desk, etc. If you would like to bring your own furniture instead that works too.
