Home is clean and upscale. Looking for long term renter, who enjoys being in a safe neighborhood. I do all the maintenance in the home, cleaning, washing floors, yard and snow removal. So considerate roomies pick up afterthemselves in common areas/

I am allergic to cats and already have two small poms. Fences are 3.5 ft tall in our HOA so large dogs cannot be contained. Pool amenities are available in the summer as well.
