Parker Mother in Law Suite

We are a family of four. my husband and I have two boys. Our oldest son is in college and our youngest is 12. Our college student lives upstairs on the main floor. The rest of us live on the 3rd floor of the home. Typically our oldest is the only roommate in the home due to us living part time in AZ. We come back and forth during the summer months and school breaks. Our dog Oscar travels with us and also lives part time in the home.
The basement was fully remodeled in 2021. It has a full master bedroom with washer and dryer located in the walk in closet. The master bath is attached to the bedroom. The Kitchenette features a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and island. There is a portable cooktop and a toaster oven for meals. The living room is large and features a mounted television and small storage space. The apartment is 900 sq ft and located in the basement of the home with a shared entrance. Parking is located in the driveway or street. We are within walking distance of Old Town Parker and the Cherry Creek Trail system in a quite neighborhood.
