Our young family of three in our late 30s is seeking a female roommate to join our home.
The available basement area is above ground level, providing an abundance of natural light to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

You have the option to bring your own furniture and personalize your living space according to your preferences. Alternatively, we are more than happy to furnish it for you if desired.

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available on-site.

The basement has a private restroom with a toilet and sink. Please note that the bathroom/shower is currently shared upstairs with girls, but we do have plans to add a full bath/shower in the basement in the near future. Additionally, we intend to create a mini kitchen in the basement to further enhance your living space.

Our home is also shared with a female cat.

All utilities, including Fiber Internet, are included in the monthly rent, so there are no additional expenses to worry about.
We are a responsible and honest young family looking for a roommate with similar qualities, who also has a stable job, to become a part of our home.
