Looking for a roommate who wants to live in a brand-new luxury 2b2b in downtown. The apartment has never been lived in before and we'll be the first tenants. I'm looking to move in by 7/1/24.

The master bedroom can be yours, which comes with its own view, private bath, and very spacious walk-in closet.

Amenities include a pool, gym, co-working space, latte machine, and lounge spaces with views of the skyline and mountains.

About me: I've recently relocated from Seattle to Colorado Springs for work. I work 60-80 hours a week, so I don't expect to be home very much. When I am home, I tend to be very quiet. I also enjoy a clean home, have no pets, and don't smoke. I'm okay with small dogs and cats as long as the home is kept clean, and smoking if it's done outside.
