Ten minute drive from colorado collage, 15 minute drive to UCCS! 20 minute drive to peterson Air Force Base, Five minutes from the citadel mall! The price per month is 700 which includes utilities and internet. The bathrooms are shared. There will also be complementary toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish washer detergent provide for all roommates in the home! This is a drug free and smoke free house. There is a 700 dollar security deposit, a background check and credit report will be conducted. Room available for viewing. Pets allowed, there will be an $150 non-refundable pet fee. Available move in after February 1st 2023.
