Room for rent near Old Colorado City

Hello! My name is Vincent and I am a current tenant at this location. We are located in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes away from Old Colorado City, and about 10ish minutes away from both Manitou Springs and Downtown Colorado Springs. If you where to join us on this lease the rent would be 580 dollars a month (utilities included). There are four of us three guys and one girl (and a dog!). We are pretty active during the day so most of us will be out at work or school during the day. The house is fully furnished we have all the kitchen appliances you need, as well as a nice backyard to lounge in during the summertime. The room you would be taking would be on the top floor, and you would be sharing a bathroom with 2 other roommates. Ideally, we want someone younger preferably a student who is a little social and can have fun with all the roommates. Let us know if you are interested!
