I own a 3 bed, 1 bath house straight east of Memorial Park. You can be downtown or on I-25 in less than 10 minutes. The room is large enough for a queen bed, has two windows, and custom storage. Rent includes everything! (Electricity, cable, wifi, water, gas, trash, and sewer). The entire house is fully furnished, including a guest bedroom. I coach at a university so I travel often during our season. I do have a Golden Retriever, but he’s basically Instagram famous. The back yard has a patio, hammock, and fire pit.
