Large room available in lower level (basement.) One other roommate downstairs so it is a shared bathroom and shared living space. Basement is furnished with sectional and large storage closet. Laundry room is located in basement as well. I have two dogs so unfortunately I can not accommodate anymore pets at this time. Roomate downstairs works during the week so is pretty low maintenance. I work from home currently in an office upstairs and I mostly stay in the living room upstairs or in my room if I’m not out. There is a small fridge downstairs and shared space in the kitchen as well. Parking available for one car only.
