Looking for a possible long term arrangement in a townhome with a 40year old female and my cat James Bond. Wanting someone to be included on lease so would need to pay and complete an application. Room and private bath and 2 closets, south facing with view of Cheyenne Mountain) on second floor with all other common area on first floor (living, kitchen, dining, BBQ, porch and small backyard). W/D in unit. Personal parking space in front of unit. Park in front of community. 1 mile from interstate. Quiet neighborhood. Storage in crawlspace under entire unit about 4' tall.
I work in Gardening/Landscaping and enjoy my quiet time. I have a long term boyfriend who lives less than a mile away and only stays over maybe once a week. James (my cat) is indoor/outdoor and will get used to you and is a lover.
Is unfurnished but have quick connections for some items.
