Two bedrooms/one bath available in Villa Mirage gated community near Pring Ranch/Barnes. Would prefer to rent both rooms out to the same person, flexible on price if this is the case. Single garage space available also. Military Homeowner is living in the main bedroom. Available living room space for furniture/TV/entertainment, as well. Shared kitchen. This is not a party house. LGBT/Military Friendly home. Smoking is fine outside, vaping is OK. 15 minutes from UCCS, Peterson Space Force Base. 30 Mins from Ft Carson, United States Air Force Academy and Schriever Space Force Base. There is a clubhouse in the community with Gym and a pool.
