Room available in residential home. The property is in north arvada, situated in walking distance of 3 major grocery stores and a multitude of other smaller retailers. Also the property is right off a walking trail that runs through 2 parks. Renters would have access to a shared full bath, aswell as a second half bath, kitchen, washer dryer, two common areas and a large backyard. Looking for reasonably quiet, responsible, clean, and respectful working individuals or students, to share my home with. I tend to be on the introverted side so those types are most likely a good fit, but I am open to anybody who is respectful. Rent would be 875 for an unfurnished room utilities included, with the option to obtain your own internet or split the cost with current occupants. No pets.
