Entire Basement for Rent

I am moving ffromthe basement of an 1,800sqft house soon and looking to fill my spot. The house is shared with a 29 year old woman, who works for a bio start up in Boulder! She is a lovely human being and extremely easy to get along with. She has no pets, but loves dogs (I have two). We both commute to Boulder for work. It's a beautiful drive, usually 28-32 minutes. Denver commute is about 15-20 mins. You would have the entire basement which
includes a living room space with a counter/bar, a HUGE bedroom with a walk-in closet and attached full bathroom. Shared laundry is downstairs as well. The upstairs kitchen would be shared. The house has a nice fully fenced back yard as well. I've lived here for two years and loved every minute of it. Also, it is right next to Standly Lake nature reserve. It's gorgeous and there are so many trails in the neighborhood and around the lake. Rent is $1,350 and utilities are usually around $90-$150. Let me know if you are interested! I'm looking to move the end of this month (May 2024) but can be flexible. Our landlord is really chill.
