Large furnished bedroom with large private bathroom across the hall. Washer and dryer in unit. Community pool available in the summer. Beautiful grounds with ponds. Looking for a mature female working professional who is stable in their workplace. Someone tidy but not OCD. Couples considered for an additional $500 per month. There is a three-legged senior dog that lives in the condo so any dogs moving in need to be mellow and well behaved. He is very well behaved. There's a patio which we are growing tomatoes this summer, as well as a few herbs. 420 friendly. Right off the frontage road near Hampton and Sheridan. Grocery store is super close with lots of dining options in the area. Speaking of dining I like to make house meals where I invite my roommate to come and eat what I've been cooking. The frequency of that is definitely up to whoever moves in. I don't do it for free so we can figure out a system whether you want to pitch on groceries for shared meals or what but I am a pretty good cook. This is not a requirement but I love to cook for people. I also am able to cater to different diet restrictions. Amazing water pressure and endless hot water! I'm looking for someone who is laid back and drama-free. I would prefer a female roommate but I'm willing to rent to a guy if it is a good fit.
