2 bedrooms available in a 5 bedroom single family home. This home has 22 windows , great lighting - lots of plants , art , crystals , good vibes. Nice big backyard with a trampoline - two car attached garage for tons of storage. Art studio area / area that could be used for clients/home practice or something like that. This home is occupied by myself 33 yr old single father of an 11 yr old son and a 5 1/2 yr old daughter. We all have our own bedrooms - my daughter is only there every other week , and my son will be out during the summer and some holidays.

The home is almost entirely furnished as I've lived in it for the last year ( bedrooms are empty ) . Unfortunately the landlord is selling the home , but we have a committed agreement that I will occupy the home until the end of October. So I will be looking to find someone solid for the next 5 months .

Rent for the two bedrooms is $1200 a month .
Utilities are around $80 in the summer split along with $40 for Internet also split.

This home would be ideal for a small family or a single parent. I'd love to find someone close to my age 25-35, but I am open to anyone that's the right fit.
