Beautiful townhouse in golden looking for a roomie

Hey! I'm new to Colorado and I just signed a lease for AUG 1st and need a roommate. This is a 2b 1.5b in Golden CO. We have 2 parking spaces right in front of the front door. Our own private backyard with garden bed and storage shed with lock.
We would be splitting the rent evenly 1400. All utilities are included!! and fully furnished with everything you see! The kitchen is fully stocked and is read for move in. You would need to go through a background check and application process with the landlord. Also would need to send a security deposit of 1400 due after signing.
I'm 27 years old and I will have two cats with me! I'm a professional dog groomer and I will be working 3 days 12 hour shifts. On my days off I will be exploring my new state and town and would love a like minded individual to do so with! I'm into all the typical colorado stuff, hiking, swimming, shopping, trial riding (new to) and snowboarding in the winter!!!
I love jamming on the guitar and going to see live music. I want to get back into the arts which has been my passion forever. So if you're creative, send me a message!
