Pam and Jims' Home

Greetings,

My wife, Pam, and I, who are active Christian Seniors, have a new home in Lakewood that has three bedrooms in the lower walk-out level. Two of the bedrooms are presently rented to women, while a furnished third bedroom, which is 11' by 15' with a walk-in closet, is available for a third woman. Areas shared by the three woman community are the large kitchenette/washer/dryer area, living/dining area, and patio. The patio contains a table and sun screen for relaxing and ping-pong and foosball for parties! Utilities, internet , and air conditioning are included. No pets are allowed. Our home is located close to many great hiking areas and also has easy access to highways to the Denver area! The rents is $757 a month and pictures are attached. Contact my wife, Pam, to learn more!
