Rroom In Lakewood

Hello-we have a room in Lakewood that is furnished with a floor lamp, area rug, bookshelf, bedside
table and dresser. We also have a twin bed with a very nice memory foam mattress if needed- no extra
charge: $750/month. We have had long-term roommates for many years. The person moving out lived
here for 7 years and is getting married. Others in the home have been with us for 6-9 years, ages 30-60.
We are an easy-going, friendly and fun group of people of varying backgrounds. This is a no-hate home
that accepts all people and all genders. Everyone works and has their own lives but we all get along
smoothly. We also have an outdoor grill, fire pit, full access to the kitchen and laundry, and a separate
refrigerator for you. Utilities and WiFi are included in rent. There is parking on the street if needed and
bus stops within walking distance. Snow removal of common areas, twice monthly cleaning service for
bathroom and common areas, payment by Venmo preferred. The room has a private lock and key. I am
