Hey hey, master bedroom coming available on May 17. The home is a four bedroom, five bathroom townhome located in Belmar shopping area! Rent is $1350/month (Master w/ private balcony), plus shared utilities. Security deposit of 1 month rent. Six month rolling lease.

The House: A four story townhome built in the late 2000s, it has been tastefully remodeled with hard wood finishes, new high-end appliances and all the modern conveniences. Walking distance to Belmar shopping area which includes restaurants, breweries, bars, salons, movie theater, bowling alley, small independent shops, grocery stores and department stores. The Belmar Courtyard Plaza has pop up events almost every weekend such as Farmers Markets, Ice Rink, St Paddy’s day Celebrations etc.
Some noteworthy details: There are 3 balconies, exercise/workout set up in the garage and an open spiral staircase that you can see from the top floor all the way to the bottom. The Living room and dining room are both spacious and tastefully furnished. Kitchen is large with ample storage, a dishwasher, large fridge/freeze and all the equipment one should find in a kitchen. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Street parking is directly out front. The house is tucked away in a small quiet street, close enough to, but just out of the hustle and bustle of this very safe neighborhood.

Master Bedroom: On the third floor, is the master bedroom with its own bathroom with two sinks, a deep bathtub, separate stand-up shower and a large walk-in closet with fitted shelves and hanging bars. The room is 11’ x 13’ and has a large 13’ x 8’ personal/private balcony accessed via a sliding door, off the room.

I’m looking for open mind individuals aged 25 and over, preferably working professionals, who are okay with bringing minimal stuff (no need for more communal furniture). The kitchen has everything you need–there is space for your special goods but are pretty stocked up! Together we will keep common areas clean/tidy and need to be willing to pitch-in on group cleaning sessions! Take the initiative to do menial household chores. No need for sweeping or mop – Roborock takes care of that. We all keep busy with our jobs, friends and hobbies and want someone who similarly lives a full, independent life! You like to chill (maybe read a book? Drink some tea?) and have fun every once in a while. But partying isn’t your way of life and you don’t keep it going too late, ya know? This is a communal house and we want to foster a sense of belonging and community so we want someone who is down to have roomie dinners but also down for alone time. A happy medium between being friends and roommates. Being kind, progressive, passionate, and aware of others are requirements for living in this house. All are welcome, except bigots. LQBTQ+ and on the deck friendly. Sorry, no pets allowed.

About me: I am a young 37-year-old, who recently purchased the house, and will be living in the 4th bedroom on the 4thfloor. I am easy going and don’t make a fuss about much, unless I really have to. I was brought up outside of the USA, and have lived Colorado since 2017. I work in finance from home in the mornings in my room, and usually head into the office around noon. I snowboard, climb and enjoy a good brewery.
