Looking for roommate Lakewood CO

I am a senior woman looking for a roommate for the 2 bedroom townhouse that I've been in for several years. I live alone except for my parrot and my chihuahua. My roommate moved out some time ago but I need help with the rent.
I am not posting pics of the spare bedroom that I have for you as it is filled with boxes. I would rather have a person there than these boxes, which will be stored if and when I find the right person.
The pictures of the courtyard are of my unit and also show the parking area (down the way). You will have one parking space which is a few steps from the unit. The location is between Colfax and 20th right next to Simms. (Union). There is a pool here which is now open. This complex is Applewood Crest Townhouses and Apartments. The room is 10' X 16' with a closet 2 1/2' deep so the entire length is 18 1/2'. The closet has a shelf the entire length
which is reinforced so you can store things there. The room will be unfurnished.

All tenants here must be on the lease so please don't send me financials etc. This is a wonderful place for someone looking to establish residence, students, or someone not so young but certainly not ready to be put out to pasture. I would love a woman here but the right guy would be good.
You will be applying with the management just as in any other apartment rental.
The gas is in my name and I will pay that. I will pay the Comcast. You will pay for the room. There is a washer/dryer just outside your door along with a bathroom.
