Master bedroom with loft and office space

All utilities, heat and air-conditioning, washer dryer, and fast Internet, are included in the monthly rent. AUG 11th soonest move in date.
The ideal candidate would be a responsible, honest individual with a stable job and good references.
You’ll have access to all common areas including a large kitchen with all appliances- a new flat top electric range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, French press coffee maker, lots of kitchen tools/gadgets/pots/pans, the living room with a 77” Sony Bravia TV in main living area and a 65” TV in the main bedroom - your area.
The main bedroom will be yours; it has a loft sleeping area and a huge office/work area below. Bed and furniture are provided. Double sink bathroom, shared shower area.
The POOL is open come soak and relax in the sun by the pool. The people here are friendly.
My backyard is the Main Reservoir, a beautiful lake with trails and pond. Fish for fishing and trails for hiking. I walk my little Chinese Crested dog there every day. The porch overlooks the lake and I have the best view of the mountains, lake and pond. See all open space from my living room and porch. This is the best location in the complex, all my neighbors are jealous of this spot.
I completely remodeled the condo from the ceiling down, all new paint, ceiling and hardwood floors. New stone countertop, and remodeled kitchen.
