Single Room in 2 bed apartment in Ken Caryl

The room has a West/South West facing window that overlooks the main entrance to the complex. Very friendly neighbors and shops at walking distance. There are trails up and around Ken Caryl valley that are a short walk/ride also. The apartment is well insulated and has a low electrical upkeep. There is a gas fireplace in the family room. There is a balcony that also overlooks the road into the complex with closed railings. The apartment is on the 2nd floor so not handicap accessible. I do have some basic furniture in the family room/dining room, But if you would rather put your furniture in there I can move this furniture into my bedroom or store it. The closed garage is for you only, not for me or anyone else. I do not own a car, and I have no need for garage storage. please call me for inquiries
