This is a very nice condo with a closed balcony, closed parking for you only, and very friendly neighbors. Your bedroom has it's own bathroom (not en-suite) right outside your room, across from the laundry. The condo has a gas fireplace, and is on the second floor. It has West/Southwest facing windows that overlook the road into the complex. I will give you the only garage key, since I dont need the garage. 2 different shopping centers are within walking distance, and some mountain biking/hiking trails are nearby in Ken Caryl Valley.
