I am excited to bring in new members of the household family. I am looking for 2 beautiful people to move into the two bedrooms, available July 1st. I am looking for people who are interested in a long term, healthy, and stable environment 💚

• Lease through 09/22/2025
• Security Deposit: $820
• Approximately $1150/month everything included
• 3 bd/1.5 ba split level house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one full bath near the common area. Downstairs, there is one bedroom and half bath near the living room.
• Large fenced backyard and patio
• Attached x2 car garage and street parking available
• No cats. Responsible dog owners will need further discussion.
• Furnished house. (Storage space is very limited).

ENVIRONMENT
I am looking for someone of like-mindedness. I enjoy hosting occasional small social gatherings (such as holiday parties & game nights), attending live events (such as concerts & comedy shows), and other fun outdoor activities.
In contrast, most day-to-days will consist of lazy afternoons and quiet evenings. I would love to find someone who enjoys quality time, but also understands and respects that we all need time to ourselves as well. My schedule flucates and thus encourages a go-with-the-flow mindset.
It is encouraged that you have a strong regard to shared spaces as well as other's belongings. In addition, this household is 🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ conscious) (Please be mindful that this is not an invitiation to party-hardy, as this is a 'home' not just a 'house').
