For rent: a basement apartment with a living room, one bedroom, a washer and dryer, a full private bathroom, a full-sized fridge and freezer, a shared kitchen, and a private front area with parking. Please note that I have two dogs, but they will not be in your space. Also storage space under the stairs. I have my kids sometimes I work nights so won't be home during the evening. I have 2 dogs as well
