Spacious room for rent in Wheat Ridge, CO, near 44th Ave and Tabor, with quick access to I-70 and G-Line is about 5 min drive. It is about 20 minutes to downtown Denver on regular traffic. There is a nice park (Prospect Park) across the street.

I am looking for a responsible, reliable, and trustworthy (preferably female) roommate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. I live alone with my 13 year old son and one cat. We cannot have any more pets in the house. The room is open to for month-to-month.

About the room: It is spacious, about 170 sq ft, with 2 connected closet and window bay seat that doubles as a storage area. Room includes queen size bed, and TV with Chromecast.

There is full bathroom with bathtub and shower near your room. It is considered shared, but will mostly be used by you, since my son and I mostly use the bathroom upstairs. You have access to washer/dryer, kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, heater, trash are included in the rent. My house is a brick ranch style house. Very homey in the inside, and a big yard outside that has patio furniture, fire pit, grill, basketball hoops and badminton net. There is off street parking in the back of the house.

The room is available for viewing now and ready for move in.

About me: I'm a 45 year old digital marketing professional. I work from home most of the time, and travel often. I'm not a neat freak, but I expect everyone in the household to clean up after themselves, and maintain some order.

About you: You are responsible, clean. and pleasant to live with. The room can only be occupied by one person (so no couples or kids), and no pets. No smoking inside the house, and no hard drugs.

Before seeing the room, I will request that you answer a questionnaire so I can tell if we can live harmoniously. I will also share with you my answers. After you have seen the room and property and interested in moving forward with the rent, I will be requesting a picture of your driver's license to run a background check. Move in amount is first month's rent $850 + $850 security deposit.
