Owner occupied residence with private basement for rent; includes bedroom, bathroom with stall shower, extra-large living room, kitchenette, shared storage & on-site laundry. I'm looking for an exceptionally clean, respectful & preferably dog-friendly tenant; I am a very private person, so the basement would belong to you & remaining house to myself. No other pets or smoking of any kind will be allowed. House is located within mature & quiet neighborhood, 4 miles from CSU/Old Town.
Rent is $1,100/m plus a monthly utility split; I'm flexible on lease terms. 1st month's rent & $1,300 security deposit will be due upon signing lease. Bedroom can be furnished for an additional $50/m.
