There is no yard but easy access to a lot of greenspace and parks. Choice of two rooms - basement room 12x12 feet or upstairs room 11x13 feet. Both rooms are furnished with a twin bed, desk and dresser but furniture can be removed. Current owner and tenant is a 53 year old active vaccinated woman with 2 cats and a dog. Prefer female but open depending on the individual. Prefer no cats. Dogs who are cat friendly only. No smokers.
