1 room available in a 3 story Townhouse located at Cherry and Meldrum St. The available room will be on the 3rd floor where 2 other of the bedrooms are located. The size of the room is about 12.5' x 9.5'. We have a fenced backyard and street parking on a cul-de-sac. We have a washer and dryer on-site, cable TV/internet, gas heat, trash, and utilities.

It's close to CSU, walking distance to Old Town (10-15 minutes), walking distance to bike trails, and Lee Martinez Park. The room is available on May 1st. The room is $630 per month, which includes most billing expenses. There would be a security deposit of $450. Also, a rental application fee of $20.

The landlord wants to start a new lease which would be for a year.

You would be living with some easy-going professional guys aged 33-37. We are 420 friendly, among other things. We occasionally have people over for small get-togethers, but this is by no means a party house.
