Basement suite with private bath: $1000
Bedroom 1 with shared bath: $800
Bedroom 2 with shared bath: $800

All rooms include access to the kitchen, common living areas, and washer/dryer. The house has access to the HOA pool and local park. High-speed internet and all utilities are included in the rent.

All applicants are subject to a background and credit check and must meet the application requirements: Greater than a 640 credit score, income greater than 2x monthly rent, no prior evictions or unpaid balances to prior landlords.
