The private room is available for a 12 month lease. Looking for a clean, responsible, and professional. Preferably another grad student as a Ph. D. student is living in the other room. He is in late 20s quiet and respectful.

- The unit (Appx 1400 sq/ft.) has its own private entry, private room, shared kitchen / bathroom, washer and drier in the unit, 1 car easy street parking

- Your portion of rent ($600)
- Electricity and Water will be shared
