Split stair main entrance. Shared bi-level home, with kitchen/dining, large deck, small patio, yard/garden. Street parking. Southwest edge of Loveland, one block from horse ranches and fields with clear view of mountains. Walking distance to general store. (Home is being gradually renovated. FYI Fireplace pictured is currently nonfunctioning.)

Roomies:
Three self-employed artists aged 27 to 49, hoping for a female artist/crafter/maker/other to join our community, but anyone will be considered. We prefer to keep our home quiet and peaceful (no random guests/kids/commotion). Our cat gets stressed from other animals, so no pets. We will need to meet beforehand, to make sure we all get along. Alcohol-free home. friendly. Roommate is expected to keep their own room clean, and to clean up after themselves.

We appreciate someone who helps us keep up on chores/tasks, home maintenance, and renovation projects to make our home nicer and save us money, we are willing to renegotiate a slightly lower rent for a consistently helpful/handy roommate (helping out a couple hours a week).
