Completely remodeled building with new kitchens, new baths, new windows, new paint, new appliances. We are renting a private room in a shared living space. Each resident with have a locked private room, and shared bathrooms, shared kitchen. Each room has separate heat and A/C units. Must have stable income to become a resident.
