Ideally looking for ONE quiet female that enjoys her privacy, add $175 to monthly rent for one additional female only. Extra Large Master Suite with two floor-to-ceiling closets and attached full bathroom with standing shower. Room is equipped with a knob lock and deadbolt for security & privacy.

Master Suite is available furnished or unfurnished. Furnishings available are Queen size bed frame & mattress, dressers with mirrors and night stand with 2 lamps.

No pets please, I love pets but I have a small dog and can't have more then one pet.

Month-to-month agreement but looking for someone who ideally would like to stay at least a year.
First month rent plus deposit of $1,200 to move in, will pro-rate first months rent.

Shared utilities;
1/3 of PG&E (central air, heating and in-home washer and dryer)
Internet included but signal strength is not guaranteed. Roommate(s) are welcome to get their own Internet or Hot Spot.

DVC is less than a mile- a short walk or even shorter bike ride away.

We are close to the new Veranda Shopping Center, Sunvalley Mall, Target, In and Out and conveniently located near DVC's bus transit hub to BART with easy access to HWY 680 and HWY 24.

Street parking is limited but I do try to work with roommates to save them a guest spot if I can. Garage parking and storage may be available for an additional cost.

I'm a single working mom of a teenage daughter and loving little dog. We live busy lives and spend a decent amount of time away from home. We prefer a female only household and ask that male guest are limited with no overnight stays. We are looking for a roommate that enjoys their privacy as we like ours. We are not clean freaks but like to keep our home tidy during the week and clean on weekends. The kitchen is shared and light cooking is preferred. I mainly cook and meal prep for the week on Sundays as well as clean and do laundry during the weekends. We're normally in bed by 10:30 pm up by 6:30 am on weekdays.
