Room to rent in a 3bdr home in Antioch

The room has its own bathroom, large enough to fit a king size bed and still have room to move around. The room can be furnished or not. The home is fully secured with 24 hr monitoring; internet. Washer and dryer.

We are all laid back. I?m the only home most of the time. I have a Cavachon named Oreo she?s just adorable. She is hypoallergenic. We are all professional in our 40. But age is just a number.

We have a drama free environment. I?m the mother hen. I try to take care of everyone.

We are looking for responsible, honest people. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or in the huge yard.

All is welcomed and if more than one, the price is negotiatable.

The home is very spacious except for the kitchen. You will have free will as to decorated your space as long as it is returned to the original state. I do require you to use LED lights and surge protectors for your electronical devices. Cleaning up behind yourself is a must.
