One room with private bath available.

The room is the only one the first floor, with a bathroom right beside it. We are looking for someone respectful, CLEAN, considerate, lovely, responsible, and trustworthy. The house is beautiful, and completely furnished except for the empty room for rent and bathroom. I try to keep the house as clean as I can with my limited time, but I make it work. We have a gardener who comes twice a month that helps us maintain the front yard and sometimes the back yard. We are pretty chill people and would like to share our home with someone trust worthy. Out of the four rooms we only really use one and sometimes the baby?s room, so we have plenty of space.
