I am looking for a friendly, neat, female professional to rent my third/spare bedroom. Next door to the bedroom is a bathroom for easy access. I also have a hot tub in my backyard that you are welcome to.
I have two young girls ages 4 and 6 who are at my home every other weekend and sleep in the bedroom adjacent to the spare room. They go to bed around 9PM and wake up around 7:30AM.
The room can be furnished at your request if needed. I will consider dogs. I currently have a 6 year-old dog and cat who are friendly, but my cat may not get along with other cats.
