Renting a bedroom

I have a beautiful private room ,big include bed and tv stand ,share the restroom ready to move for only one person to live (preferable a woman or a college student). Someone who is responsible, respectful and neat. Inside the home we prohibited drugs, alcohol or partying. We have wifi that you could use. The residential is quiet and peaceful. Bart is only 10 minutes away from our home walking. Parking lot will available if needed. You will be able to used the kitchen if you need to and a part of the refrigerator will be given to you if you want too.
