Private furnished room in downstairs living area with full bathroom (standing shower) and access to living space.

Utilities and WiFi not included, to be billed monthly. Gas & Electric is very low thanks to solar panels. There are two (very friendly) dogs living on the property - one elderly dog and one medium-sized dog. This neighborhood is safe, quiet and the home is spacious.

There are security cameras and remote access to the home and garage. The backyard is currently unfinished and landscaping is being coordinated for February. No guests or parties allowed. Three month lease is ideal, though six month is OK with month-to-month thereafter for either.

Bedroom has a King sized bed and high mattress that can easily be taken down and stored if preferred. You would have our own bathroom with standing shower.
