2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment with 1 room for rent. Female roommates only!!! Rent does not include Pg&e or WiFi which is about an extra $100-150 a month. Apartment is completely furnished except room for rent (updated pics of room after current roommate leaves). Personal bathroom to self except when there is company. Cannabis friendly on patio, no cigarettes. Current roommate plans to move toward Fall 2020 but I would like to get to know my future roommate a little before than so we?re not strangers. Occasional houseguests are welcomed.
