Furnished Room

A very large suburban house in El Sobrante/ Richmond city limits. Serviced by Richmond PD, FD. Room is furnished with a bed, dresser, bedclothes, with a private bathroom next door. Parking is not listed as an amenity, but you can park in the garage. I have a washer and dryer in the house: No quarters/ wash and fold necessary.

No pets on lease. Please be quiet, do not leave dishes in kitchen sink. I do have a shoes off household.

Two people maximum, either couple or parent with child. Please be background checked.

If you have overnight guests please let me know and let?s talk first. I understand having a life and having guests over and I don?t need surprise extra roommates.

I share the house with my two kids, who are with me about 50% of the time, and a partner who will also stay over often.

If you have a child, that is ok, however, school age would be better, as the house is not baby proofed.

I am often at my partner's house, so you may not see me for stretches at a time. Please help me keep the place orderly.
